Have you guys heard of gochujang before? It’s a ridiculously delicious Korean chilli sauce. You can find it in Asian grocers and I have also seen it popped up in a couple local supermarkets recently. Well, imagine that paired with BUTTER. A flavour combination sent down from heaven. And it’s as easy as mashing it together. A condiment to slather on everything!!!
Think:
steamed veggies
roast pumpkin
stirred through scramble eggs
slathers on noodles
thru rice
jacket potatoes
Endless endless. Make lots. Triple the batch!

Gochujang Butter
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp gf gochujang
- 1 chopped spring onion (optional)
- big pinch of salt
- Use a fork and mash to combine.
- Done! OMGEEEE
